Judge Management – Help & Guide

This panel allows you to add, edit, delete, and manage judges, including credentials, assignments, and statistics. Below you'll find a detailed guide to all features and answers to common questions.


Introduction

The Judge Management panel is where you create and manage judge accounts for your events. You can add new judges, assign head judge status, view and print credentials, assign judges to events, and export judge lists.

Panel Walkthrough

  1. Header: Panel title, export, and assign buttons.
  2. Add New Judge: Form to add a judge, with head judge option.
  3. Judge Statistics: Cards showing judge and assignment stats.
  4. Judges List: Table of all judges with actions for each.
  5. Actions: View info, edit, assign to events, print/email credentials, delete.
  6. Modals: Popups for viewing/editing judge info and assignments.

FAQ & Troubleshooting

Use the form on the left. Enter the judge's name and (optionally) set as Head Judge. Credentials will be generated and shown after saving.

Use the edit button in the judge list to update username or head judge status. Use the delete option in the dropdown to remove a judge.

Click the info button to view credentials. Use the print or copy buttons to print or copy credentials for sharing.

Head Judges have additional administrative privileges and may be responsible for overseeing scoring and other judges.

Use the Assign Judges button or the dropdown in the judge list to assign judges to specific events.

Yes. Use the export buttons to download judge lists as CSV or PDF for offline use or sharing.

Deleting a judge will remove their account, all assignments, and all related scores. This action cannot be undone.
