Panel Overview

• View, filter, and search all scores for selected events.
• Edit or override scores, status, and figures (if enabled).
• Approve or unapprove scores (if approval columns exist).
• See control point and figure data for advanced judging formats.

Filters & Search

• Filter by event, heat, run, judge, and (if available) control point.
• Use the Clear button to reset all filters.
• Filters update the scores table in real time.

Scores Table

• Shows all scores matching current filters, with participant, heat, run, judge, score, status, and timestamps.
• Approval and figures columns appear if supported by the database.
• Action buttons allow editing/overriding scores.

Edit & Override Scores

• Click Edit to open the modal for a score.
• Update score value, status (OK, DNS, DNF, DSQ), and figures (if enabled).
• Changes are saved with your user ID and timestamp.
• Non-head judges see a warning when overriding scores.

Approval Workflow

• Approve or unapprove scores using the badge in the table.
• Approval status and date are shown for each score.
• Only available if approval columns exist in the database.

Figures & Control Points

• Figures: If enabled, edit and view figure data per score (by category).
• Control Points: If enabled, see control point name and weight for each score.
• Figure and control point columns appear only if supported by the database.

FAQ

Troubleshooting

• Cannot edit score: Make sure you have the correct role and are logged in.
• Approval not available: Approval columns may not exist in your database.
• Figures or control points missing: These features require database support.
• Changes not saving: Check for required fields and try again.
