The BIB Series Assignment panel lets you create, edit, and manage BIB number series for event participants. Use this guide to understand all features and resolve common questions.
Create and manage BIB number series for each event.
Define number ranges, exclude or add specific numbers, and assign a color to each series.
Prevent number conflicts between series.
Edit or delete existing series as needed.
Event Selection
Select the event you want to manage BIB series for using the dropdown.
All BIB series are event-specific.
Create New BIB Series
Series Name: Give your series a descriptive name (e.g., Elite, Juniors).
Start/End Number: Define the main range of BIB numbers for this series.
Missing Numbers: (Optional) Comma-separated list of numbers to exclude from the range.
Additional Numbers: (Optional) Comma-separated list of extra numbers to include outside the main range.
Color: Assign a color for easy identification (choose from presets, use the color picker, or enter a hex code).
Conflicts with existing series are detected and shown before creation. You can force creation if needed.
Series Color Selection
Pick a color using quick-select buttons, the color picker, or by entering a hex code.
The color is used for visual grouping and printing.
Preview the color before saving.
Existing BIB Series
View all BIB series for the selected event in a table.
See the name, range, missing/additional numbers, color, and total numbers for each series.
Edit or delete series using the action buttons.
Deleting a series is permanent and cannot be undone.

The system checks for conflicts and warns you before creating a new series. You can force creation if you want to allow overlaps, but this is not recommended.
